We went to Galdamez Customs on Feb.4th to purchase a dash board cover for our 2011 Kia Sorrento.

We ordered the cover but unfortunately paid cash. We did however receive a receipt. The cover was promised to be delivered within 2 weeks via UPS. After around 3 weeks we called the owner and left a message asking what the status was.

After not hearing back from him by the 4th week we called back again, on a daily basis, until finally one day he picked up. He apologized for the delay and guaranteed us that he would be sending the dashboard cover out the next business day. Again, we waited another week yet nothing came. We attempted to call him multiple times over the course of the next few weeks but he never picked up nor returned our voicemails.

We then attempted to text him on his cell line since he was not answering our phone calls. He did respond to our text message after a week, apologizing for the delays. We responded back saying that we did not want the dashboard cover anymore but instead asked for a refund. He said he had our address and that he would send us a money order with our refunded amount.

Well it has now been almost 5 months and we still have yet to receive a dashboard cover or our refund.He is now not picking up our calls, now returning our voicemails and text messages.
